Terms and conditions

– All participants must be Brilliant Rentals customers for at least one day during the competition month. If the booking is cancelled, the customer will no longer be eligible to enter.

– Entry into the Monthly Road Trip Photo Content Competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

– Brilliant Rentals reserves the right to make changes and amendments to these terms and conditions at any time.

– Customers may enter as many times as they like each month, but they must submit a new photo with each entry.

– Entries will not be accepted if the image depicts a violation of the Brilliant Rental terms and conditions or shows misuse or damage to Brilliant Rental property.

– Employees of Brilliant Rentals, their immediate families, related companies, and agencies associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.

– Finalists will be selected by Brilliant Rentals staff from each month’s entries.

– A single winner will be selected from the finalists by the marketing panel. The entry with the most ‘likes’ will be declared the winner and notified via email.

– If the winner has made multiple bookings within a single month, they will only be refunded for one booking.

– The winner will receive a cost back of NZD100 from their rental rate as indicated on their final rental receipt. This excludes the cost of any insurance, excess, damage charges, or other fees applicable under the rental terms and conditions.

– International winners may be subject to their bank’s credit card fees which will be deducted from the final winnings.

– In the result of a tie or draw, the prize will be divided equally amongst the chosen winners.

– Brilliant Rentals reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the competition.

– Brilliant Rentals reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

– The prize will be awarded to the winner only after Brilliant Rentals conducts any necessary validation and verification at its sole discretion. Failure by Brilliant Rentals to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

– If Brilliant Rentals cannot contact the winner to claim the Prize, the winner will forfeit the Prize entirely, and it will be awarded to the next best valid entry selected.

– Brilliant Rentals will not be held responsible for any winner who cannot be contacted, and we will not engage in any further correspondence regarding this matter. 

– Prizes are non-transferable to the winner’s family, friends, or related individuals.

– Brilliant Rentals reserves the right to utilise any photo submitted for the competition for all marketing purposes.

– By participating in the competition, you consent to being added to the Brilliant Rentals email database and receiving ongoing marketing communications.

– If, for any reason, this competition cannot proceed as planned, Brilliant Rentals reserves the right, at its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.

– This competition is independent and is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platforms. Your information is being provided to Brilliant Rentals and not to Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platforms.
